- Tracking is sent to the contact details on your order when it is available.
Returns
- Submit a return request within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Email s2001@globalshop-group.com with your order information, the item and the reason. Please do not mail an item before the request is approved.
- If an item arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, contact us with the order information and a description of the issue.
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of sale are not eligible.
